Monday Misprices for Wells Fargo Championship

Draftkings Value Plays by @Blatant_Chief

Last week Sammy The Bull was mentioned in our write-up as a top play, but was priced above $8,000 and thus not featured in our main slate. Let’s see if we can find a diamond in the rough for the Wells Fargo, a big boy event for sure...

$7,800-Lucas Glover-his hot streak was derailed at the Valspar after a putrid Saturday implosion. Outside of that the Glove Doctor has been in impeccable form of late. As always it comes down to the flatstick, but perhaps a return to a place where he has won (not to mention his US Open win at correlated Bethpage Black), I expect Old Lucas to be lurking in his standard T-20 Bermuda range yet again.

$7,600-Joel Dahmen-Team Buckets all day for last year’s First Round Leader here, this is a terrific price for a guy who recently got the monkey off his back with his first PGA Win. Seeing his Twitter buddy Max Homa succeed here last year, plus his proclivity for Champion bermuda tracks, I expect a T-20 for the Bucket Hat bandit.

$7,500-Matt Wallace-the ball striking aficionado from across the pond is in form, long off the tee, and underpriced yet again. With correlated lurkage at Bay Hill, Bethpage, and Muirfield, the time for a signature win on the PGA Tour to bolster his Euro resume could be very, very soon.

$6,900-JT Poston-The Postman looked like he was going to deliver last week after the putter went en fuego earlier on, but per usual he cooled off as the week went on. I’m giving him one more chance (lol K) to bring home the bacon for an elite bermuda putter, playing a local event, one similar to his bogey-free win at Sedgefield last season.

Sicko Specials (tread lightly): $6,600-JB Holmes, $6,400-Uncle Ted Potter Jr., $6,200-Slick Willy Gordon.
